Hyde bars have a great flavor and I know it’s not the fault of the distributor but more than half came in package leaking, Hyde themselves need to take better care of their product .. again this does not reflect upon the distributor there is absolutely no way for them to know that this is happening

Very disappointed. Several of these had leaked inside the packaging and battery lights were randomly coming on without being hit or staying on 10-15 seconds after being hit. Definitely a bad box of these.

Pros: ready to go, rechargeable, good flavor.
Cons: sometimes you get one that just keeps burning and popping and its kinda scary. Like it might explode.

I have called and requested a refund, I am a recurring client and have never requested a refund or made a complain. Of the 10 units the 3 initial ones that were open came defective.
Same happened before, but It was the last two units so I did not made a request. I have like your service and understand you are not a manufacturer, but I would like a refund on this order or to be replaced (not with the same model).
I try to send and email but it does not goes thru. I also called the number and spoke with a gentelman and said he was going to work on this request, but so far no reply. I would like a resolution to my request.
