Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service with invalid email addresses to contact. Did find a phone number online and have been ignored after several attempts to contact. Was charged twice for an order that went through my bank but is not in my order history and did not receive email confirmation, but they sure did take my money! $284.40!! I’ve ordered multiple times in the past and have always been a satisfied customer with the products I received but this is absolutely ridiculous this go around.

I purchased TWO mystery disposable boxes as I have before in the past! I have always enjoyed the products I receive. This time while ordering it said the payment wasn’t successful so I tried again. After looking at my bank statement it shows that the order DID go through BOTH times and the money was taken out of my bank account. I do not need four disposable mystery boxes. I tried to email the info and support email addresses since there are no phone numbers to which I received emails back for both stating the email addresses were not valid!!
I was charged $142.20 (using the holiday discount code) twice!! I also did not receive any confirmation emails for any order and it is not showing and order statuses on my account.
HIGHLY disappointed with this mishap and not being able to contact anyone to resolve the mistake!

Whoa! This box was so heavy! I had to go back and make sure I didn't buy two boxes. I counted them and there's WAY more than 20 in the box, there were 32! I got almost double what I ordered. Wow! I am completely blown away with this purchase! I, like I'm sure many others, thought for sure this was some sort of scam. "300-5000" puff devices, yeah sure. I thought forsure I would be getting a bunch of small ones with a few good ones thrown in.
This was completely not the case. I think the smallest one I got in my box was an 800 Puff. The box itself weighed like 10 lbs! it was so heavy. Almost all of devices were top of the line!!
As a respectable and caring company does, they hear and respond to feedback. In the past people had said a few devices came broken or leaking so in anticipation of this they specifically add a few more to make up for it. My box of 20 must have had a total of 24 pieces (PS so far no leakages noted). In total I must have paid a few dollars per device when 3/4 of the devices easily sell for $15-25 each!
I'm so excited to try all these different brands and flavors. I have a notebook ready to document how good and how long each lasted so I can go back and buy the brand in the future. I've been a long time customer of E-Juice and this purchase only re-enfources my commitment!

I was pleasantly surprised at how many Hyde vapes I received. Great mix of flavors and a great mix of different vapes. The only thing I have to complain about is that there was a few vapes that leaked upon first usage and one vape that was just broken when I opened the packaging. But other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again!
